Emily and I first enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at my mom's. We had lunch, we looked through old photographs, and of course we did some good old fashioned talking.
Afterwords Emily and I ended our evening with a surprise visit to Ikea with my sister and her kids along with a late night visit to Panda Express' drive thru and a nice visit around their family table.

All in all the food was good, the laughter was nice, and the company was great. My day couldn't have been better. Here is to another year...
