On July 11th Richard and I decided to take Emily on her first road trip to San Antonio to see not only her Granny Annie and Papa, but also her cousin Kohen's baby blessing. Thankfully for us the drive down there was uneventful as Emily spent pretty much the entire time asleep. Of course this was a good thing because once we arrived Emily remained wide awake eating up every last bit of the attention she got.
Unfortunately now that we are back home I think this little princess is going through Granny Annie and Papa withdrawls. We just don't hold her enough - how unfair.
After our nephew Kohen's baby blessing Richard and his brother (the proud daddy's) took a picture together. It was neat to see Kohen and Emily side by side. Especially seeing how I tend to forget that Emily is really quite tiny.
